Single hot young lady Brynn picks up an orange tabby cat named Captain. Unexpectedly, the cat can understand human speech, command other animals, and out‑smart every human in the neighborhood. Captain quickly builds a huge “animal empire”: walking dogs, stealing takeout food, tearing open parcels, and seizing the neighbor’s swimming pool, throwing the whole community into chaos. Catchers sent by the animal control bureau suffer repeated defeats. Neighbors form an “anti‑cat alliance”, only to be outwitted by Captain time and again. While cleaning up Captain’s messes, Brynn uncovers a secret behind the cat bigger than the entire town.
